Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
You may use the outdoor areas where smoking is allowed.

To maintain cleanliness and guest comfort, pets are not permitted.
🎉 No Parties or Unregistered Guests
Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
Parties, gatherings, or extra visitors are not allowed.
🏡 Respect the Property
Please treat the apartment, furniture, and appliances with care.
Report any damages immediately.

Summer: 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00
Winter: 15:00 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 7:00
Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
🗑️ Garbage Disposal
Use the shared area bins located outside the property for all garbage.
Please do not leave trash inside or in hallways.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)
Leave the keys inside the apartment upon departure.
