🚭 No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
You may use the outdoor areas where smoking is allowed.


🐾 No Pets Allowed

To maintain cleanliness and guest comfort, pets are not permitted.


🎉 No Parties or Unregistered Guests

Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
Parties, gatherings, or extra visitors are not allowed.


🏡 Respect the Property

Please treat the apartment, furniture, and appliances with care.
Report any damages immediately.


🤫 Quiet Hours
  • Summer: 15:00 – 17:30 and  23:00 – 07:00

  • Winter: 15:00 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 7:00 
    Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.


🗑️ Garbage Disposal

Use the shared area bins located outside the property for all garbage.
Please do not leave trash inside or in hallways.


⏱️ Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)
    Leave the keys inside the apartment upon departure.

🚇 Nearest Metro Station

      Maniatika Station (10-minute walk)

  • Connects directly to Downtown Athens

  • Connects to the Airport Line (no transfers needed)
    Tip: Search “Maniatika Metro Station” on Google Maps for walking directions.


✈️ Airport Access

  • Taxi: ~40 minutes

  • Metro: Maniatika → Airport Line

  • Tip: Metro is the most reliable during rush hour.

      Free street parking available around the building.
As always in city areas, availability varies by time of day.

  • Useful for ferries to the islands (Aegina, Hydra, Poros, etc.)

🚿 Hot Water

  • Go to the main switch board

  • Press the switch labeled “Hot Water”

  • The boiler switches off automatically after heating

  • Tip: Allow a few minutes for water to fully heat


🧺 Washing Machine

  1. Add detergent to the detergent drawer

  2. Select your preferred program

  3. Press Start


☕ Coffee Machine

  1. Turn the coffee machine ON

  2. Lift the top lid and place a coffee capsule

  3. Press Start to brew your coffee
